Notice to Manhattan Investors and Interested Parties
IFW Global Investigations has been retained to conduct an independent investigation into matters concerning Manhattan Private Credit Markets, Manhattan ST Notes, Peninsula Capital Trust and associated entities.
Our role is limited to conducting independent enquiries, reviewing evidence, and reporting our findings to our client. IFW Global is not responsible for the management of Manhattan, investor accounts, client funds, redemptions or ongoing business operations.
Accordingly, we will not be responding to individual requests for account information, investment updates, explanations, legal opinions or confidential investigative material. The investigation remains ongoing, and it would be inappropriate to comment publicly on matters that are still under review.

IFW Global will continue to conduct its investigation independently. Where legally permitted and appropriate, information arising from the investigation may be provided to our client, authorised representatives, legal advisers, regulators or law enforcement agencies as required.
Until the investigation has progressed further, no additional public comment will be made.
