Notice To Manhattan and Peninsula Investors and Affected Parties

IFW Global Investigations is continuing an investigation into matters concerning Manhattan Private Credit Markets, Manhattan ST Notes, Peninsula Capital Trust and associated investment structures and entities.
For clarity, IFW Global is not retained by, and does not presently act for, Carol Hunter, Manhattan, Peninsula or any associated entity.
The investigation is focused on establishing the circumstances surrounding the operation of the Manhattan and Peninsula investment structures, the persons and entities associated with those structures, and the movement and ultimate disposition of investor funds across multiple jurisdictions.
IFW Global has been contacted by a group of affected investors seeking assistance in relation to investigation, asset tracing and potential recovery options. IFW is presently assessing these matters and may accept instructions from affected investors where appropriate.
IFW invites investors and other affected parties with relevant information concerning Manhattan or Peninsula to contact us confidentially. This includes investors with outstanding investments, unpaid redemptions or other financial losses, as well as persons who may hold information relevant to the investigation.
Persons contacting IFW may initially provide a brief summary of their circumstances, including the investment product, amount invested, date of investment and the identity of any adviser, broker or introducer involved. Supporting documentation can be requested separately where relevant.
Any proposed engagement with IFW will be assessed individually and does not constitute a representation or guarantee that investor funds will be recoverable.
Persons who are already legally represented or participating in existing legal proceedings should obtain appropriate independent legal advice before entering into any additional engagement.
